Production Process Camouflage Nets
The OGUS Leaf Net is manufactured by a number of different processes. The first stage is the raw net – a polyamide net produced on knotters. The net is then treated to give it fire-retardant properties as per TL 1080-0002/8 and impregnated against UV rays.
The camouflaging is provided by a punched out PVC-laminated polyamide netting. This is clipped on by means of a special patented technique. Depending on customer needs the leaf net is then given any special laminates for IR and Radar protection, another technique which has been specially patented.
After sewing, the OGUS Knitted Net is sprayed and finished on long production lines.
With a special computer-controlled spray colouring program the nets are then sprayed with the desired camouflage, e.g. summer, autumn, snow, desert. Each side can be given a different camouflage, making them truly multifunctional, e.g. two different vegetations or areas (forest, urban).
Then comes the final check. Every OGUS net is given a thorough quality check by specially-trained staff in accordance with ISO 9001.

All OGUS nets are modular in design. Accessories such as ripcords for binding together several nets, or different net sizes or poles and pegs for use as tents, or camouflage covers and repair kits can be produced according to customer wishes and be sent individually if desired.

Manufacturing Process Laminates

Here, the various layers are transported on rollers and laminated together.

Manufacturing Process Special Cuts

The textile trims for the automotive industry for such as door panels, armrests, headrests, sunroof panels and roof linings are cut exactly to measure. Thanks to modern CAD technology we can produce a wide range of sizes at a reasonable price.
